Join Us for a Transformative 1-Hour Gong Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Are you ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply nourishing way?
We invite you to a unique 1-hour Gong Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony designed to soothe the nervous system, open the heart, and create space for inner reflection and renewal. This special gathering will combine the grounding, immersive resonance of the 32" Paiste Earth Gong, the Happy Buddha Crystal Tones Bowl, and the gentle, heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao.
What to Expect
During this experience, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through the powerful vibrations of the gong. The Paiste Earth Gong produces rich, expansive tones that can help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite a meditative state. As the sound washes over you, you may find yourself sinking into stillness, clarity, and a sense of spaciousness within.
We’ll also share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao — a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to support connection, gratitude, and heart-centered awareness. Cacao is known for its gentle uplifting qualities and is often used in rituals to help participants feel more open, present, and connected to themselves and others.
Together, these two practices create a beautiful balance of vibration and intention:
The gong to clear, calm, and restore
The cacao to soften, open, and connect
Benefits of This Experience
This event is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space of deep rest. Many participants leave feeling:
More grounded and centered
Emotionally lighter and more open

Whether you’re brand new to sound baths and cacao ceremonies or already familiar with these practices, this event offers a welcoming space for anyone seeking rest, healing, and intentional connection.
Who Is This For?
This gathering is perfect for:
Anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or energetically drained
Those curious about sound healing or cacao ceremonies

Come As You Are
There’s nothing you need to do or be for this event except arrive as you are. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, emotional release, or simply a moment of peace, this 1-hour experience is an opportunity to return to yourself and connect with a supportive community in a meaningful way.
The Benefits of a Cacao Ceremony
Ceremonial cacao is the main ingredient to chocolate in its superfood form and is often described as a heart-opening plant medicine, and for many people, it can support a sense of warmth, connection, and emotional presence. Unlike highly processed chocolate, ceremonial cacao is typically prepared in a pure, intentional way so its natural compounds and nourishing qualities can be experienced more fully.
In ceremony, cacao is traditionally used to help create a space for reflection, gratitude, and inner listening. Many people find that drinking cacao before meditation, sound healing, journaling, or group sharing helps them feel more grounded in the body and more open in the heart.
Some of the commonly reported benefits of cacao ceremony include:
Enhanced heart connection – Cacao is often used to support feelings of love, compassion, and openness.
Emotional softening – It may help create a gentle, safe space for processing emotions and releasing what feels heavy.
Increased presence and focus – Many participants feel more awake, clear, and aware without the overstimulation that can come from caffeine.
A sense of grounding and ritual – The act of preparing and drinking cacao with intention can help mark a sacred pause in a busy life.
Community connection – Sharing cacao in ceremony can deepen a sense of belonging, shared experience, and collective presence.
Support for meditation and sound healing – Cacao can complement other healing modalities by helping participants settle into a receptive, open state.
While everyone’s experience is different, cacao ceremony is often cherished as a beautiful practice for those seeking rest, connection, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
Who Should Not Take Cacao
Although ceremonial cacao is generally considered gentle, it is not suitable for everyone. Because cacao naturally contains compounds such as theobromine and a small amount of caffeine, it may not be appropriate for certain individuals.
Please avoid ceremonial cacao or consult a qualified healthcare professional first if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a heart condition
Have high blood pressure or are sensitive to stimulants
Take antidepressants, especially MAO inhibitors or medications that may interact with cacao
Have a known allergy or sensitivity to cacao/chocolate
Are prone to migraines, anxiety, or palpitations and know stimulants affect you strongly
Have been advised by a medical professional to avoid foods or substances that may affect circulation, blood pressure, or heart rate
If you are unsure whether cacao is right for you, it’s best to check with your doctor or healthcare provider before partaking.
For those who cannot take cacao, you are still very welcome to join the sound bath portion of the event and receive the benefits of the gong in a supportive space.
