By submitting artwork, photography, or other content ("Submission") to Rooted in Beauty Art & Spirituality Magazine ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before submitting.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Ownership & Originality

By submitting, you represent and warrant that:

You are the sole original creator of the artwork and/or photograph(s) submitted.
You own full copyright to the Submission.
The Submission does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
The Submission has not been created using another artist's copyrighted work, traced material, or content that misrepresents its origin.

3. License Grant

You retain full ownership and copyright of your work. By submitting, you grant Rooted in Beauty Art & Spirituality Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Publish, reproduce, and distribute the Submission on our social media accounts.
Publish, reproduce, and distribute the Submission in print and/or digital magazine issues.
Crop, resize, edit brightness or make minor formatting adjustments as needed for layout purposes. We will not alter the substance or creative content of your work without your consent.

This license is non-exclusive, meaning you are free to sell, license, publish, or share your work elsewhere at any time, before or after submission to us.

4. Credit

Published Submissions will be credited to the artist by the name provided at submission. It is your responsibility to provide the correct name or handle you'd like used.

5. Compensation

Submissions are unpaid. Publication is for exposure and inclusion in Rooted in Beauty Art & Spirituality Magazine only. By submitting, you acknowledge and agree that no payment, royalty, or compensation will be provided for publication.

6. Editorial Discretion

Submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or decline to publish any Submission at our sole discretion, and to remove previously published work at any time.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rooted in Beauty Art & Spirituality Magazine harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from a breach of the warranties in Section 2, including claims that your Submission infringes on a third party's rights.

8. Submission Process

Submissions must be made through our official form at https://www.rensarasvati.com/rootedinbeauty.
We do not accept responsibility for submissions lost due to technical error, incomplete forms, or incorrect files.
We aim to respond to submissions within [4 weeks], though response times may vary by issue.

9. Privacy

Contact information collected through the submission form (such as name and email) is used solely for communication about your Submission and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your submission will govern that Submission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
