4-Week Energy work study groups + traditional reiki training

My Reiki Journey as a Student & Teacher:

I completed my Reiki Master training in 2011 (with Reiki Master Teacher Jody Farnsworth Uribe) and maintained a strong personal practice over many years. I began teaching in 2014, focusing heavily on learning through firsthand experience while furthering my education with books and online courses from renowned teachers such as Pema Chodron and Adyashanti, among others.

Reiki is a unique spiritual practice that promotes centeredness, intentional living, and awareness, encouraging an open-hearted lifestyle. I have found that incorporating Reiki and energy work into my life has significantly improved my overall quality of life. By living intentionally and focusing on gentle loving-kindness and presence, I have experienced many positive transformations over time.

Throughout my journey, I have learned many valuable life lessons. I have healed from co-dependence, developed discernment to protect myself from exploitation, and learned to say NO to anything that does not honor my well-being. I have created safe spaces, nurtured meaningful relationships, gained experience in meditative states, navigated psychedelic environments, learned to manage psychic abilities, and approached teaching in ways that empower others. I deeply believe in the power of love, rather than in the love of power. I see myself as a humble student of the great mystery, practicing genuine sovereignty.

In the past, I engaged in an in-depth exploration of plant medicines, which has heightened my awareness of multidimensional spaces and taught me valuable lessons about the light & shadow aspects of myself and others. As a strong empath, I have learned to protect myself through discernment and to seek wisdom in my choices. Currently, I am no longer working with plant medicines and maintain a deep commitment to sobriety.

Over the past ten years, I have successfully taught more than 50 students in traditional Reiki, incorporating my unique approaches to subtle energies, shamanic journey work, cacao ceremonies, and sound healing.

In-Person Classes:

Reiki is taught in three levels: Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, and Reiki Levels 3 & 4, which together lead to becoming a Reiki Master. Each level I teach is also available in an online course format, providing students with lifelong access. The investment for each 4-week in-person group course is $300, and it includes a book that I have been compiling over the past 10 years of teaching.

Many instructors typically teach one level of a course over a two-day weekend. In contrast, I have extended each of my classes (levels) into a four-week energy work study group. This format allows us to take the time needed to thoroughly explore subtle energies, self-healing, ego development, and energy work concepts. Additionally, we will delve into various other healing modalities that complement Reiki effectively. This extended time ensures we can create valuable hands-on experience in both our inner and outer worlds.

Beginning the Journey of Reiki

4-Week Energy Work Study Group + Reiki I

Groups will always be small, 4-5 people tops so that we can deep dive together into this expansive journey of sensitising to the subtle realms in a grounded and protected way.

This class includes: Ego development, tuning into subtle energies, learning to run energy in the body, focusing on positive intentions with a growth mindset, channeling from the heart, opening the mind, connecting beyond the self, shifting inner dialogue, introductory sound healing, shamanic journey work paired with sound healing, learning traditional Reiki 1 techniques, and obtaining Reiki certification and attunement.

*Each class will last 4 to 5 hours and will include a cacao ceremony and a potluck.
