An advanced energy work system, a deepening and returning home to self, grace, love, awareness, and presence.

Soulveya: A Spiral Path Home

There is a particular kind of tired that has nothing to do with sleep.

It is the tired of performing a self that was never quite yours to begin with. The tired of chasing peace through one more course, one more fix, one more version of "healed" that keeps moving just out of reach. The tired of feeling — somewhere beneath all the doing — that you already know something true, and yet cannot find your way back to it.

If you've felt that, I want you to know: you are not broken. You are not behind. You are simply standing at the edge of a spiral that has been waiting for you to begin walking it.

And if you've already walked a long way — through trainings and attunements, ceremonies and openings — and still find the same patterns finding their way back home, this spiral was built with you in mind.

Why I Built This

For most of my adult life, I have been a student and a facilitator of the unseen. A Reiki Master Teacher since 2011. A ceremonial cacao and shamanic journey facilitator. A death doula. A tarot reader for over twenty years, listening to what the cards reveal underneath what people say out loud. I have painted in oils since I was seven years old, and somewhere along the way I made a vow to myself to create ten thousand works before I'm done — because creation, for me, has never been separate from spirit. It has always been the same current, moving through different doorways.

Every one of those paths taught me something. But none of them, on their own, was the whole of what I was being called to offer.

So I built Soulveya. Not by borrowing a lineage and renaming it, but by letting something entirely original take shape through years of energy work, ceremony, and sitting with people in their rawest, most honest moments. Soulveya is what happened when I stopped asking "which tradition do I follow" and started asking "what wants to move through me."

What Soulveya Actually Is

Soulveya is a system of energy work, embodiment, and soul development. Not a healing system — because "healing" implies something in you is broken and needs fixing, and that has never been the premise here. You are not broken. You are maturing. You are evolving. You are, quite literally, returning.

Soulveya is walked as a Spiral — a returning to self — a deepening and returning to soul, grace, love, awareness, and presence. Not a ladder you climb once and leave behind, but a path you walk again and again, each pass taking you deeper into the same essential terrain: the body, the shadow, the soul.

And it is not a course you finish and file away. Soulveya is a lifestyle shift — walked slowly, on purpose, one year at a time.

Beneath everything sits one simple understanding: consciousness is something we receive, not something the brain produces. We are receivers, tuning in. It's the first thing you'll explore in Turn I, and the four philosophies of Soulveya all grow from it.

The Four Philosophies

Four philosophies move beneath everything taught inside Soulveya, quietly informing every Turn even when they are not the lesson being taught directly:

Life is Ceremony — the understanding that every moment, tended with presence, becomes sacred. Ceremony isn't reserved for candlelight, altars, or a once-a-year gathering. It lives in how you pour your morning tea, how you cross the threshold of your own front door, how you close a conversation with someone you love. When you bring intention, attention, and reverence to the ordinary, your whole life becomes the practice — and nothing is ever just ordinary again.

The Body is Sacred Ground — Feeling Good is the Practice — the radical permission to let pleasure, rest, and simply feeling good in your body be spiritual practice, not a distraction from it. So much of what we've been taught asks us to transcend the body, discipline it, or fix it before we're allowed to feel at home in it. Here, food that nourishes, movement that feels like joy, and rest you don't have to earn aren't a warm-up before the "real" spiritual work. They are the work — and the body becomes the doorway rather than the obstacle.

Grace Rising, which leaves what I call the Gracewake — the trail grace leaves through your life as you move through the Turns, not a peak you visit once but a current you learn to live inside daily. Grace isn't a reward for enough healing or enough effort; it's your birthright, moving through your life whether you can feel it in a given moment or not. Even in the hard seasons, struggle is never evidence that grace has left. You don't have to chase it. You only have to learn to notice the wake it's already leaving behind you.

Soulwitness — the understanding that you cannot fully recognize something in another until you have first experienced it within yourself — that true love, true peace, true presence are frequencies you must know from the inside before you can meet them anywhere else.

The Eight Core Virtues

Woven through all of it are eight Core Virtues, revisited at every depth of the spiral rather than assigned to a single level: courage, compassion, discernment, honesty, presence, surrender, devotion, and forgiveness.

And Soulveya is a path of steady integration. It opens gradually — through breath, will, devotion, and daily practice — rather than through the intensity of a borrowed opening. What is opened slowly, in your own sovereignty, is what stays.

One Turn, One Year

Real change doesn't happen in a weekend. It happens in ordinary Tuesdays, repeated. So Soulveya is walked one Turn per year:

  • Each Turn is lived for a full year before you step into the next — through a full cycle of seasons, ordinary days, and Returnings that arrive in their own time.

  • The six-week live online Turning gathers once a year. Completing it is how you graduate through that Turn's Threshold and receive the Opening of the Veya.

  • Between gatherings, you practice — a simple weekly rhythm of one body practice, one reflection practice, and one ceremony touchpoint, along with interactive AI lesson guides and worksheets you can walk at your own pace. This is where integration actually happens.

  • You don't walk it alone. The online course includes access to the Soulveya online community, where you can connect with fellow Wayholders all year long, share what's moving, and be witnessed between gatherings.

Because the Turning gathers only once a year, the pacing is part of the teaching. There is no racing ahead — only living what you've learned until it becomes who you are.

Ancient Practice, New Consciousness

Every age has brought new instruments to the spiritual path: the drum, the written word, the printed book passed hand to hand. Each one became a way for consciousness to listen, study, and remember itself.

In Soulveya, the ancient ways remain at the center: the body, the breath, ceremony, sound, and the Veya itself. Walking beside them are interactive lesson guides powered by Claude AI, study companions you can return to anytime between gatherings to reflect, ask questions, and go deeper at your own pace.

If consciousness is something we receive rather than something the brain produces (a thread you'll explore in the Four Clairs), then the question isn't whether new tools belong on the path. It's how we use them: with discernment, devotion, and presence. The tool serves the soul's way. The soul stays in charge.

The lesson guides are not your therapist, your teacher, or a spiritual authority, and they were never meant to be. Think of them as a mirror: a place to journal out loud, ask the question you've been circling, notice the pattern you keep describing in different words, and hear your own inner knowing reflected back to you more clearly. Used this way, AI becomes a powerful companion for reflection. It can help you slow down, name what's moving, and carry your insights from one gathering to the next. But the wisdom is yours, the discernment is yours, and the deeper work happens in your body, in ceremony, in the Turning, and in community. When something calls for more than reflection, such as grief that needs holding, trauma that needs care, or a crisis that needs support, I'll always point you toward real human help and licensed care.

Wayholders work with the lesson guides through their own Claude Pro account (currently $20/month, or $17/month when billed annually). A willingness to learn alongside AI is part of walking this path.

The Three Turns

Soulveya unfolds across three Turns — three levels, walked over three years, each one a full pass through the spiral that takes you deeper than the last:

The First Turn — The Grounded Way (Year One). Grounding the body, building virtue step by step, taking a first honest look at the patterns that run you, and beginning to stand in your own sovereignty. This is the foundation, the place every Wayholder — every student who walks this path — begins.

The Second Turn — The Descending Way (Year Two). Facing truth, duality, and love through the human drama, and bringing the exiled parts of yourself home.

The Third Turn — The Sovereign Way (Year Three). Stepping into your power, aligning the whole self, and expanding into service through two paths: Clearflow, Soulveya's touchless energy transmission practice, and the Soulveya Coach path, where you build your own coaching practice aligned with the Soulveya teachings.

Each Turn is its own level, lived for a full year and completed through the six-week live online Turning, which gathers once a year. Certification is available at each Turn, with the opportunity to teach the system by the end of Turn III.

For Wayholders who complete the spiral and find psychic openings asking for more,

Soulveya Spirit Walker is a separate advanced course that opens beyond the three Turns.

Inside Turn I

Foundation & Orientation — understanding what Soulveya is, beginning with the Four Clairs and the understanding of consciousness as something we receive, then the four underlying philosophies, the Core Virtues, the language of the system itself (a Turn, a Turning, a Wayholder, the Veya), and your first steps into what it means to become a Wayholder walking the spiral.

Attuning to Frequency — learning to tune in through the power of focus and intention, grounding, working with your aura, running energy, feeling your own field, and understanding the chakras as living, moving terrain rather than static diagrams. Here you'll learn your first Veya Practices, including Golden Roots, Aura Flame, Running Energy, Dancing in Your Field, clearing your energy, sealing your boundaries, and the Screen of Awareness. This is where the Four Clairs — clear seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing — become lived practice, including Opening to Channel, your first experience of reading another's field. You're not building a new ability; you're clearing the static so you can receive what's already there.

The Body as Doorway — practicing The Body is Sacred Ground and Feeling Good is the Practice, not as concepts but as lived, embodied experience, through Veya Practices of Breathwork, Movement, Stillness, and Food and Hydration. Learning to notice your body's wisdom, working with your subtle energy bodies, and unwinding the old belief that spiritual attainment requires denying the body's pleasure or rest — or reshaping it to look a certain way.

Omveya — Voice, Vibration, Frequency — sound and vibration teaching, where you learn to use your own voice to move vibration through your body, beginning with Toning the Heart. You'll explore the frequencies of alignment, compassion, joy, focus, will, and desire, learn to recognize the heavier frequencies of fear and illusion, and begin working with sound as a doorway into aligned states.

The Returnings — the honest confrontations every Wayholder is asked to walk through, not bypass. I chose that word — Returnings — deliberately. Gentler than "reckoning," because that is the tone this system holds even when the terrain gets hard. You will meet your first Returning here — often, the confrontation with your own worth — and you'll walk it with care: in small doses, at your own pace, with the freedom to pause, and with a Returning Worksheet and an Integration Worksheet to guide you through and beyond it.

The Ground of Awareness — remembering what you already know beneath all the conditioning, and beginning the conscious work of evolving your ego rather than fighting it or pretending it away. Together we'll explore loving from fullness rather than fear, the personality self, the illusion of self, belief systems and subconscious programming, thought distortions, judgement versus discernment, codependence and boundaries, and the quiet traps of spiritual bypassing.

Closing and Integration — where the Gracewake begins to make itself known in your daily life, where you practice integration rather than rushing to the next thing, and where you plant the first seed of Clearflow, the touchless energy transmission work that opens more fully in later Turns.

This is not information delivered at you. This is a path walked with you.

Two Ways to Walk It

I'm opening Turn I in two forms, because not everyone's life holds the same shape — and this system was never meant to exclude anyone whose calendar doesn't match a group's rhythm.

The Online Course — gathered once a year

Once you invest, the Turn I course opens to you online, and you move through the lessons at your own pace, with the online community alongside you all year. Then, once a year, the six-week live online Turning gathers: Wayholders moving through Turn I together, in community, at the traditional six-week pace, completing the Turn and receiving the Opening of the Veya. There is something irreplaceable about walking a spiral alongside others also walking theirs — the shared witnessing, the shared courage. If that calls to you, the waitlist is open now.

One-on-One Coaching — for those who need it individualized

This is the same Turn I foundation — the same content, the same depth — held entirely for you across three months of weekly coaching. Every week, we meet for a deep-dive call that moves through check-in and integration, module discussion, live practice and energy work together, and a close that leaves you grounded rather than rushed. This is for the season when you don't just want to learn a system — you want a steady hand walking it with you.

One-on-one coaching is $2,222 for the full three months. Because I hold only a small number of coaching spaces at a time, coaching is offered by waitlist.

Who Soulveya Is For

Soulveya is for you if…

  • You're an energy worker or devoted seeker who already speaks the language of energy, frequency, and vibration.

  • You've had your openings, and now you want the steadiness to live from them.

  • You're ready to go deeper so the same patterns stop repeating in your relationships, your body, and your life.

  • You want to open gradually and in your own sovereignty, through breath, body, devotion, and will.

  • You're excited to walk ancient practices alongside the tools of a new era.

Soulveya may not be your path yet if…

  • You're new to energy work. Begin with a foundation such as Reiki or another energy system, and return to the spiral when you're ready. The door will still be open.

  • You're looking for a quick fix, a weekend certification, or symptom relief rather than a lived practice of becoming.

  • You're seeking substance-based experiences as your doorway forward. This is a sober, grounded path of opening.

  • You'd rather not learn alongside AI.

  • You're in a season of crisis that calls for licensed clinical care first. There is no shame in that, and the spiral will be here.

"But What If..."

What if I'm new to energy work?Soulveya builds on a foundation you already carry. If you're just beginning, start with Reiki or another energy system first. I teach Reiki myself, if you'd like a place to begin. When your foundation feels steady, the spiral will be waiting.

What if I don't have time?Soulveya was designed for real lives. You walk the lessons at your own pace, you have a full year with each Turn, and the live group gathers just once a year. And for those whose lives don't fit a group schedule at all, there's the one-on-one coaching track.

What if I've already tried other systems and nothing stuck?Soulveya was not built by assembling other traditions and hoping something resonates. It was born through years of direct experience — and it centers maturing the self and evolving your capacity for virtue, not chasing another peak experience that fades by Monday. That's also why it's walked over years, not weekends: what's lived slowly is what stays.

What if I've never worked with AI before? You don't need to be tech-savvy, only curious. The lesson guides are conversational: you talk with them the way you'd journal or talk with a study partner. You'll need a Claude Pro account, and we'll make sure you feel comfortable getting set up on your deep-dive call. You can also try the free sample lesson first to see how it feels.

Is the AI replacing you or therapy? No. The lesson guides are a reflection partner between gatherings, not a teacher, a healer, or a therapist. I'm here for the live Turning and the deep-dive calls, the community is here for witnessing, and licensed professionals are the right place for mental health care. AI is simply one more mirror to help you see yourself clearly.

This Is Where It Begins

Turn I opens this November (2026), with a founding group of up to ten Wayholders walking it together for the first time — and the one-on-one coaching waitlist opening alongside it for those who need this path held differently.

I will not pretend there is no urgency here. Founding Wayholders this November are met with a rare invitation: to help shape this system in its first living form, with an intimacy that will not exist again once Soulveya opens more widely. And because the live Turning gathers only once a year, the next group after this one won't open until next year.

If you feel the pull toward walking this in community — join the waitlist for the online course.

If what you're feeling is more personal — if you know, somewhere underneath everything, that you need this held one-on-one — join the coaching waitlist and book a deep-dive call with me, and let's talk about whether this path is yours to walk right now.

However it calls to you, the spiral is here, waiting. And it always, always begins with a single return.

Your Investment

Before anything else, we talk. Every Wayholder begins with a deep-dive call. It's a real conversation about where you are, what's calling you, and whether Soulveya is the right path for you right now. It isn't a sales pitch. It's how we make sure this is a true win/win, for you and for the spiral you'd be joining.

Once we both feel the yes, here's what it looks like:

The Group Path: $555 per Turn

Each Turn is its own level, and each is a separate investment of $555. It includes the six-week live online Turning for that level, lifetime access to the self-paced online lessons, and a place in the Soulveya online community.

One-on-One Coaching: $2,222 for three months (by waitlist)

Everything in the Group Path — the six-week live online Turning, lifetime access to the self-paced lessons, and the online community — plus three months of weekly two-hour one-on-one Zoom coaching calls, just you and me. Coaching spaces are limited, so it's offered by waitlist.

Your AI Study Companion: Claude Pro, $20/monthThe interactive lesson guides run on Claude AI and work best on Claude Pro, the basic paid plan. It's $20/month (US), or $17/month when billed annually ($200 paid up front for the year). This is a separate subscription you hold yourself, not paid to me, and it's yours to use for your own practice beyond Soulveya too.

You invest one Turn at a time, as you walk it. No one is asked to commit to all three years up front. The spiral asks you to take only the step in front of you.
