Experience shamanic journey work meditation to a drum beat or rattle.

"My experience with shamanic journey work began in 2010, when I took a class with Karen Cottingham in Salt Lake City, Utah. Little did I know that this class would open the door to profound journeys into my inner world. Over the past sixteen years, I have deeply cherished this practice, which has offered me direct revelation, guidance from spirit allies, and wisdom from my higher self. I have had the privilege of leading many shamanic journey groups, as well as introductory journey experiences within my Reiki classes. This practice holds a truly special place in my heart, and I am honored to offer journey groups here in New Mexico and share this sacred wisdom with others."
